Kindly read the following instructions carefully before filling up the form.

• Enter mobile no., then click on Generate code option for password. Password will be sent to the same  mobile no. within 2-3 minutes. This password will be used for login.

• Fill up the form in CAPITAL LETTERS ONLY.

• Keep details of Debit Card/Credit Card/Net banking/UPI ready for online payment of Registration Charges of  ₹600/-.  

• If the filled registration form is not displayed on the screen after the payment, kindly e-mail your query at [email protected].

• Registered candidates will be called for an interaction in the school. Date will be notified on registered mobile numbers.

• Following Documents to be kept ready at the time of admission.

(i) Date of Birth Certificate of the Applicant from Municipal Corporation.

(ii) Proof of Residence - (Aadhar card (Parents & Child)/Ration Card/Electricity Bill/MTNL Bill/Voter ID/Passport/Water Bill/Domicile Certificate/         Smart Card)

(iii) Transfer Certificate of previous school, Report card of last examination

(iv) Photographs of Parents & Child
